"Bentang Jawa adalah perlombaan sepeda jarak jauh mandiri (unsupported ultra cycling race) dan navigasi mandiri melintasi Pulau Jawa, yang akan dimulai dari barat menuju timur. Pesepeda dapat berkompetisi sebagai individu (solo) atau tim berdua (pair). Selama perjalanan, pesepeda akan diajak untuk mengeksplorasi sisi selatan Pulau Jawa yang bervariasi; indah dan mistis, menyusuri daerah pesisir pantai, rangkaian perbukitan dan pegunungan dan hutan sepanjang lima provinsi melintasi jarak 1.500 KM dengan 16.000 meter elevation gain yang harus ditempuh dalam waktu 156 jam. Its a race flavoured with adventure ! or adventure flavoured with race. Up to how you want to see it. Its a based on route tested by the same Gents who founded graventure, so you will be familiar on how it tasted. Scenic, a bit challenging, fun and fulfilling.
There is no BS brag of "we are the toughest race" or "the longest race" or "only for the toughest" - in fact we designed so that it can be enjoyed by average women and men with reasonable cycling experience.
